And Michelle made us our top concern making sure we had a home before our baby arrived. She drove us around when she was sick, in snow storms, and went to house upon house until we found the perfect home. Throughout the entire process she always had complete line of communication open. | In September 2014 my husband and i found out we would be doing a military move to Fort Carson in November 2014. It was my husband and my first move together so everything was new. Seeing that we had such a short time to figure everything out, we immediately got online and started looking for a place to live. Michelle found me on a military spouse page helplessly asking other wives for advice on Ft Carson and where to live and where not to live. She commented saying she was a realtor and offered to answer any questions we had. After talking to Michelle a few times i knew she was the one we wanted to do business with. She is a very professional woman who keeps her clients as her main focal point at all times. As a newer military spouse and new to being a renter/home owner, I had tons of questions to ask. Michelle went above and beyond to answer those questions and help us find the right home for us. She made herself available to us practically 24/7, answered every question we had in all honesty and never got tired of me saying "i dont like it" to a house. As a prior military spouse she knew exactly what kind of stress my husband and i were under, along with the deadline we had. | We contacted Michelle while we were stationed in South Korea and after talking to her over the phone we knew that she was the agent for us. We were able to reach her anytime we needed help or had questions regardless of the time difference. She went the extra mile to help us find a home especially being overseas and not knowing anything about the area. She was able to show us homes via Skype or FaceTime. She was never out of reach, she was honest with everything that we talked about, she's very knowledgeable, and she truly cares about her clients.
